Subscription and Refund Policy
1. Subscription plans
Some content and features of the application are offered through a paid subscription. In the app itself, the available plans, their price, and their frequency (for example, monthly or yearly) are shown in your local currency before confirming the purchase.
2. How it is contracted and charged
Subscriptions are contracted and charged through the store from which you downloaded the application: App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). The charge is made to the account associated with that store when you confirm the purchase.
3. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal amount is charged within the 24 hours prior to the start of the new period.
4. Free trial period
If a plan includes a free trial period, any unused portion is lost when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts into a paid subscription according to the chosen plan.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel the renewal at any time from your store’s subscription management:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access until the end of the already paid period.
6. Refunds
Payments are managed by Apple and Google, so refunds are requested and resolved according to each store’s policies:
- Apple (App Store): request the refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: request the refund from Google Play or at support.google.com/googleplay.
As a general rule, digital content with immediate access may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once its execution has begun, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the applicable consumer regulations.
As a consumer in the EU you have 14 calendar days to withdraw. Since this is a digital service with immediate access, if you consent to the service starting immediately you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is affected under the terms informed to you on the payment screen (art. 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
7. If you bought on the website (signosifa.com), with Stripe
If you subscribed directly from signosifa.com (not from the app), the following applies instead of points 2 and 6 above, which are for purchases made in the App Store or Google Play.
How it is contracted and paid. The sale and collection are handled by Stripe through Link («Sold through Link»), which acts as seller (Merchant of Record) and is responsible for payment, applicable taxes and invoicing. By subscribing, you also accept Stripe/Link payment terms shown on the payment screen. On your bank statement the charge may appear as LINK.COM — this is normal, it is our payment processor, not an unknown charge.
Renewal and cancellation. The subscription is recurring payment (monthly or yearly, depending on what you choose) and renews automatically for the same current amount until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your subscription management portal (link in your Stripe/Link receipt or in the confirmation email) or by writing to us at hola@signosifa.com. Upon cancellation, you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
Withdrawal and refunds. Since the sale is made by Stripe/Link as seller, the right of withdrawal and refunds are handled through their process (from your subscription portal or by contacting Link support). Since this is a digital service with immediate access, if you consent to the service starting to be provided immediately, your right of withdrawal is affected under the terms informed to you on the payment screen. Regardless of the above, if you subscribed by mistake or the service does not work as described, write to us at hola@signosifa.com and we will look for a solution.
8. Price changes
Prices may vary. Any change that affects you will be communicated according to the rules of the applicable store or Stripe/Link, and you may cancel before it takes effect if you do not agree.
9. Existing subscribers
Users who had already acquired access previously will retain the conditions that were expressly communicated to them.
10. Contact
For questions about your subscription, in addition to your store, you can write through the contact channels indicated in the application listing.
